Frequently asked questions


The Subscription Center is a central location where you can view and sign up for email subscriptions, including reports, newsletters and product updates. From the Subscription Center you can manage email preferences for free CME Group content and select the markets that interest you.


A CME Group account unlocks access to premium content, portfolio management and tools across cmegroup.com. To receive emails from CME Group, we require users to create an account at no cost to enable enhanced security and self-service control over your information. It also helps us keep you better informed of product news and enhancements that may be of interest to you.


View and subscribe to a wide array of product newsletters, reports, updates and regulatory advisories in the Subscription Center. To subscribe, simply slide the toggle in the upper-right corner to “Subscribe” to start receiving that communication.


To modify your existing subscriptions, navigate to Email Preferences via the Active Subscriptions button or the Account menu at the top of the page.  For each communication, you can select “Remove” to unsubscribe, or bulk unsubscribe with the “Remove All” button. 

If you wish to opt out of receiving any marketing communications, click the opt out link provided in the footer of every email.

You can restore your subscriptions at any time by modifying your Email Preferences.


As with other communications, you can subscribe to Globex Notices in the Subscription Center (found under the “Trading and Technology Notices” section). You can unsubscribe from an existing notice subscription in Email Preferences.


No. All subscriptions available in the Subscription Center are provided free of cost.

To update your email address associated with your CME Group account, visit your profile.


If you expected to receive content and do not see it in your inbox, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  • First, check your spam folder. If you see the expected email from CME Group, select it and click “Not Spam” or whitelist the email address, depending on your email client. This should enable further emails from CME Group.  

  • If you do not see the email in your spam folder, navigate to the Subscription Center and check to make sure the desired subscription is set to "subscribed."
