CBOT Confirms Annual Meeting Date for Exchange Members

Chicago, IL, March 9, 2006 – The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT^®) today confirmed that, as previously reported in a notice to members, it will hold its annual meeting of members on May 2, 2006, the same day that its parent company, CBOT Holdings, Inc., will hold its annual meeting of stockholders.  The record date for the annual meeting of members is March 22, 2006.
