Richard Fisher
President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas (2005-2015)
Richard W. Fisher is an Advisor on the Warner Brothers Discovery Board. He serves on the board of directors of Tenet Healthcare, is a Senior Advisor to Barclays Plc., and served on the boards of ATT* and PepsiCo** for six years until May 2021. From 2005 to 2015, Mr. Fisher was President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. In this role, Fisher served as a member of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), the Federal Reserve’s principal monetary policymaking group. He also served as the chair of the Conference of Federal Reserve Bank Presidents, the body that oversees the shared operations of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks. For five years, he served as chair of the IT Oversight Committee for the 12 Federal Reserve banks, putting in place the first system-wide CIO structure. He is a Contributing Editor for CNBC.
