Highlights
Singapore's non-oil domestic exports rose 20.7 percent on the year in June, slowing from the 38.4 percent increase recorded in May. Imports rose 49.8 percent on the year after increasing 43.5 percent previously.
Slower headline growth in exports was broad-based across major trading partners, including the United States, the European Union and China. Growth in headline exports was again supported by very strong AI-driven demand for electronics exports, up 105.1 percent on the year in June after growth of 94.8 percent in May. Non-electronics exports, in contrast, fell 2.9 percent on the year after a previous increase of 18.6 percent.
