Australia's Westpac-Melbourne Institute index of consumer sentiment rebounded in July after a previous decline, increasing 4.1 percent to 83.9 from 80.6 in June. The series, however, remains well below levels recorded earlier in the year, with sentiment still impacted by recent policy rate increases and the Iran conflict.
