Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen hosts a town hall meeting with educators in Washington, D.C.

Janet Yellen, speaking to economics teachers, said the economy is "strong" and that wage growth is "beginning to pick up." Yellen repeated that slow productivity growth and income equality are special risks to the long-term outlook.
