Sr. Analyst, CME Ventures
Danny Slutsky is a Sr. Analyst for CME Ventures. In this role, he leads all portfolio management, fiduciary and deal execution responsibilities. While providing updated portfolio and individual asset values, Danny plays an integral part in every new and follow on investment opportunity by performing due diligence, formulating/presenting an investment recommendation to the Investment Committee and managing the asset post investment. As Senior Analyst, Danny has a deep understanding of each assets investment structure, financial health and other qualitative metrics that allow CME Ventures to maximize both financial and strategic returns.
Danny joined CME Group as a Rotational Analyst in 2015 and has been with the CME Ventures team as a Senior Analyst since 2017. As a Senior Analyst, he has managed a portfolio of over 20 companies while facilitating 10 exits with total returns of $100M for the firm. Danny has sat on four boards of various portfolio companies and has reviewed thousands of firms looking for potential investment. From a strategic standpoint, he has worked with each portfolio company to develop a clear path towards providing strategic value to CME Group through commercial opportunities and POCs.
