E-mini gold kilo and E-mini silver 1,000 ounce futures contracts are scheduled to begin trading on April 19 for trade date April 20. These contracts are listed with, and subject to, the rules and regulations of NYMEX. The products will be available only on the CME Globex electronic trading platform.

Effective Thursday, March 26, 2009, the last trading day for the HRC Steel Futures contract will be changed from the day prior to the fourth (4th) Wednesday of the contract month to the business day prior to the last Wednesday of the contract month. The contract is financially settled against an index based on assessments of the prevailing market prices for the U.S. Midwest Domestic HRC Steel Futures contract provided by CRU Indices Ltd., a subsidiary of CRU International, Ltd. CRU has recently increased the frequency of the reported assessments from twice per month to every week (see NTM 09-109). The calculation procedures for the index remain unchanged.

The first contract to be impacted by this change to the termination of trading date is the April 2009 contract whose termination will be changed from the business day preceding April 22, 2009 to the business day preceding April 29, 2009.
