Register with the Global Markets Entity utility (GMEI), formerly known as the CICI Utility, which operates as a pre-Local Operating Unit (LOU) of the Global Legal Entity Identifier System. Alternatively, you may register at any other LOU at The Legal Entity Identifier Regulatory Oversight Committee.
Complete the CME CTR Agreement electronically and submit by clicking the 'submit' button on the form.
Upon receipt of your application, CME will return an auto response to acknowledge your request.
Registration typically takes between 24-48hrs.
Once this process is complete, CME CTR will confirm your successful registration via email.
Registered users will now be ready to telephone (for security reasons) the CME Registration Team to receive their username and password for the CME CTR Test Environment and CME CTR Production Environment.
Registered users may now begin to submit and view derivative transactions and pricing data to CME SDR. Please refer to the CME CTR User Guide for guidance on how to use CME CTR.
