Floating Price The Floating Price is equal to the NYMEX New York Harbor Ultra-Low Sulfur Deisel (ULSD) futures first nearby contract settlement price on the penultimate (second-to-last) trading day for the contract month of the NYMEX New York Harbor Ultra-Low Sulfur Deisel (ULSD) futures contract.
Termination of Trading Trading shall cease one business day prior to the termination of trading of the NYMEX New York Harbor Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) futures contract for the contract month.
