Floating Price The Floating Price for each contract month is equal to the balance-of-month arithmetic average of the mid-point of the high and low quotations from Argus Media for Gulf Coast ULSD (Pipeline) minus the New York Harbor No. 2 Heating Oil Futures first nearby contract month settlement price starting from the selected start date through the end of the contract month, inclusively (using common pricing). For purposes of determining the Floating Price, the Argus Media ULSD mean will be rounded each day to the nearest thousandth of a cent.
Termination of Trading Trading shall cease on the last business day of the contract month.
Listed Contracts One month and the following month listed 10 business days prior to the start of the contract month.
