Delisting of Contract Months for Three Natural Gas Liquid Contracts

As of August 28, 2009, the Exchange will delist the back contract months for three natural gas liquid (NGL) contracts as reflected below and will not list additional contract months beyond December 2012. These contracts are available through CME ClearPort. Please note that these NGL contracts only accommodate for a four-decimal point price and are being delisted as a result of the listing by the Exchange of similar contracts that accommodate for a five-decimal point price.

Listing of Contract Months for New York Harbor No. 2 Heating Oil Futures, Options, and Swaps

Please be advised that the Exchange will not list additional contract months in the New York Harbor No. 2 Heating Oil Futures contract beyond the existing August 2012 contract month, due to upcoming, proposed regulatory changes related to the sulfur content of heating oil in the New York Harbor area. The proposed legislation, currently pending in New Jersey and New York State, intends to reduce the sulfur level in heating oil. The Exchange will continue to monitor these developments in the coming weeks.

European Gasoil (ICE) Futures on CME Globex

On Monday, August 24, 2009, the Exchange listed a European Gasoil (ICE) futures contract for trading on the CME Globex electronic trading platform and for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort.

Tick size of $5 ($0.05 per metric ton) allows for flexibility executing cracks and spreads
