    • Please be advised that effective Thursday, January 30, 2014, for trade date Friday, January 31, 2014, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) will amend the initial spot-month position limits (NYMEX Rule 559) and single month/all month accountability levels (NYMEX Rule 560) for 177 existing electricity futures and option contracts. The amendments impacting the spot-month position limits and accountability levels for the 177 electricity futures and option contacts will be updated and inserted into the NYMEX Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX Rulebook. The table showing the changes to the 177 existing contracts can be accessed at 177 electricity position limit table
