Due to the termination of the license agreement between MSCI and CME Group, the Exchange will discontinue listing any additional contract(s) after the March 2011 contract expires and will delist the E-mini MSCI Emerging Markets Index futures and the E-mini MSCI EAFE Index futures after the June 2011 contract expires. The effective date for delisting the MSCI products is Sunday, June 19, 2011 for trade date of Monday, June 20, 2011.
