SUBJECT: Regular Firm Name Change
Effective immediately, the Exchange was notified that Delaware Depository Service Company, a depository regular for storage of silver, palladium and platinum, has changed its name to Delaware Depository. The change is the result of a restructure.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the depository’s name change during the week of March 30, 2015 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
