ACTION: On November 12, 2008, Shareholders of Anheuser-Bush Companies, Inc. (“BUD”) voted concerning the proposed merger with Pestalozzo Acquisition Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of InBev N.V./S.A. The merger was approved and subsequently consummated before the opening of business on November 18, 2008. As a result, each existing BUD Common Share will be converted into the right to receive $70.00 net cash per share.
This action will be coordinated with the Options Clearing Corporation.
