NYMEX/COMEX Rulebook Harmonization

NYMEX has already adopted harmonized rules and procedures related to emergencies and corporate governance, committee composition, disciplinary processes, clearing, electronic trading and membership. Information concerning these changes is available in NYMEX Notice to Members No. 427 from August 21, 2008 and NYMEX Notice to Members No. 606 from November 25, 2008.
