  SUBJECT:             Withdrawal of Regularity in Soybean Oil
  
  Pursuant to Rule 707, notice hereby is given that The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT) has approved a request from CHS Inc. for a withdrawal of regularity for the delivery of Soybean Oil at their Creston, IA facility. There are no registered shipping certificates outstanding from this facility.
  
  This withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.
