CBOT RULE: 971. SEGREGATION, SECURED AND CLEARED SWAPS CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

FINDINGS: Pursuant to an offer of settlement in which Citigroup Group Global Markets Inc. neither admitted nor denied the rule violation upon which the penalty is based, on April 29, 2014, the Clearing House Risk Committee found that Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. violated CBOT Rule 971.A.2.b.
PENALTY: In accordance with the settlement offer, the Committee fined Citigroup Global Markets Inc. $25,000.
