Effective Sunday, March 20 (trade date Monday, March 21), trading sub accounts management in CME Account Manager will be enhanced to provide more granular and direct control.
With these changes, Trader Risk Administrators will now be able to add, edit and delete the brokers permissioned to use both omnibus and non-omnibus Trading Sub Accounts. Brokers will no longer be auto-populated from the parent account; and only brokers attached to the parent account may be added to the sub account. All other inherited parameters remain the same.
There are no changes to the Clearing Member Risk and Trader Administrator roles with this release.
Additional information on Trading Sub Accounts is available in the CME Account Manager WebHelp.
The enhanced trading sub account model will be available for customer testing in New Release Wednesday, March 16.
