CME Group Inc. Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

CHICAGO, May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CME Group Inc. (Nasdaq: CME) today announced the election results from its 2010 annual meeting of shareholders.

Shareholders elected the following directors to three-year terms expiring in 2013: Terrence A. Duffy (Executive Chairman), Charles P. Carey, Mark E. Cermak, Martin J. Gepsman, Gary M. Katler, Leo Melamed, Joseph Niciforo, C.C. Odom II, John F. Sandner, Howard J. Siegel and Dennis A. Suskind.  In addition, CME Group shareholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2010.  The company's Class B shareholders also elected their respective nominating committees to identify two Class B directors for election at the 2011 annual meeting.
