NYMEX Holdings, Inc. Announces Record Date for the Special Meetings of Stockholders, Members

NEW YORK, July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NYMEX Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NMX), the parent company of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today announced that July 18, 2008, will be the record date for stockholders entitled to vote upon the proposed acquisition by CME Group Inc. at a special meeting for that purpose. July 18 will also be the record date for owners of Class A memberships entitled to vote on the proposed transaction. The dates have not yet been set for either of the special meetings.
