NYMEX Holdings Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, Aug. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NYMEX Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NMX), the parent company of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share to shareholders of record as of September 4, 2007, payable on September 28, 2007.

NYMEX Holdings became a publicly traded company on November 17, 2006.

The New York Mercantile Exchange is the world's largest physical commodities exchange, offering futures and options trading in energy and metals contracts and clearing services for more than 320 off-exchange energy contracts.
