CBOT Holdings to Release 2006 Second Quarter Financial Results on Thursday, July 20, 2006

CHICAGO, June 14, 2006 – CBOT Holdings, Inc., holding company for the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) (NYSE: BOT), one of the leading global derivatives exchanges, today announced that it will release financial results for its 2006 second quarter, ending June 30, 2006, on Thursday, July 20, 2006. A news release will be issued prior to the NYSE market opening and will be followed by a conference call at 8:00 a.m. ET, 7:00 a.m. CT. The call will last approximately one hour and will feature remarks by the company's senior management.

The conference call and any accompanying slides will be publicly available via live webcast from the investor relations section of the CBOT Holdings website at http://www.cbot.com. The webcast will be available for replay at the same address approximately two hours following its conclusion.
