Since November 21, 2011, market participants have been required to comply with the CFTC final Part 20 regulations regarding large trader reporting requirements for cleared swaps. In response to the final regulations, the Market Regulation Department released two Market Regulation Advisory Notices identifying the CME and CBOT products currently subject to the large trader reporting requirements under Part 20, which may be accessed here.
