Market Regulation conducts daily trade, position, account and user surveillance in our markets to identify potential trade practice abuses and other market concerns. In addition, it:
- Conducts thorough and detailed investigations
- Monitors and reviews the accuracy of audit trail data
- Provides information and guidance to market participants on our rules via the issuance of Market Regulation Advisory Notices (MRANs) and other communications
