Register with www.ciciutility.org to receive a CFTC Interim Compliant Identifier (CICI) for your legal entity. The CICI will be industry standard until a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) system is approved and implemented.
Download the CME Repository Service User Agreement. Send the completed user agreement and supplemental form back to repository@cmegroup.com. A username and password for the secure Participant Website will be provided to you over the phone. API users will be contacted by the Repository Support team.
Upon confirmation of a successful registration, Users may submit swap transaction and pricing data directly to CME Repository Service via an API connection or CSV upload in the Participant Web Site. Users may choose to report through platforms and service providers offering connection to CME Repository.
