The CME Online Web-Reporting System (COWS) was designed to simplify the interaction between customers and the exchange. All processes related to market data distribution are unified in one convenient system; reporting, billing, electronic invoice, payment history and account balance information and maintenance of contact information. Throughout the Market Data Industry, there are a wide variety of reporting forms and time lines. All of these factors were taken into consideration when designing the system, resulting in a system that accepts the most widely used reporting formats and cutoff dates.
