For All CME Data Distributors

Market Data License Agreement (MDLA) (PDF)
All market data for CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, and DME share the same policy for market data use and must be licensed under the MDLA.

Distributor Group Profile (PDF)
Market Data Services (MDS) periodically sends notifications regarding market data policies, pricing and products to our distributors. This form provides MDS with the necessary contact information to distribute the notices to the correct individuals.

Uniform Subscriber Addendum (PDF)
This serves as the agreement with third party end-users authorizing real-time controlled data.

Tax Certificate of Resale or Exemption (PDF)
Must be completed to ensure tax resale or exemption status as a distributor of CME Group Market Data. Please contact us if you need more state-specific forms.

ITC Specifications
Inter-Exchange Technical Committee Version 2.1 (ITC 2.1) describes the communications interface, message formats and conventions for the transmission of price and other data from exchanges to distributors in a computer-readable format, emphasizing data integrity and error recovery capabilities. The ITC 2.1 Appendix provides additional specific information related to the ITC 2.1 specification.

Distributor Information - Underlying Cash Indexes

CME Group disseminates a variety of underlying cash indices on its MDP feed. For your convenience we have grouped all Standard and Poor's Indices that are available, with their respective ticker symbols.
