Information Distribution License Agreement (PDF)
This serves as the agreement between a distributor and CME authorizing distribution of real-time, delayed, or end-of-day CME, CBOT, One Chicago and S&P market data.

Distributor Group Profile (PDF)
Market Data Services (MDS) periodically sends notifications regarding market data policies, pricing and products to our distributors. This form provides MDS with the necessary contact information to distribute the notices to the correct individuals.

Uniform Subscriber Addendum (PDF)
This serves as the agreement with third party end-users and OneChicago authorizing real-time controlled data.

OneChicago Addendum (PDF)
This serves as the agreement between a distributor and OneChicago authorizing distribution of real-time, delayed, or end-of-day OneChicago market data.

ITC Specifications

Inter-Exchange Technical Committee Version 2.1 (ITC 2.1) describes the communications interface, message formats and conventions for the transmission of price and other data from exchanges to distributors in a computer-readable format, emphasizing data integrity and error recovery capabilities. The ITC 2.1 Appendix provides additional specific information related to the ITC 2.1 specification.
