Support from the CME Globex Control Center (GCC)

The CME Globex Control Center (GCC) is the Market Operations and Customer Service desk for electronic trading. The GCC handles inquiries, issues and support requests from registered customer contacts for the CME Globex platform, including:

  • Electronic trading
  • Order routing and market data interfaces
  • Network connectivity

The GCC also provides CME Globex order status and, in cases of emergency, can cancel customer orders.

Registered contacts include members, clearing firms and their authorized contacts, as designated via the Schedule 3 & 4 to the CME Customer Connection Agreement.

The GCC operates 24 hours a day, from 2:00 p.m. Sunday through 4:45 p.m. Friday Central time.
