How to request an EOS Trader ID & Password

  • Complete the "User/Customer Information" on the CME Globex Schedule 3 & 4 found here.
  • Forward the partially completed Schedule 3 & 4 to your Clearing Firm's CME Globex Administrator.
  • Your Clearing Firm Administrator will finalize the form and submit it to the firm's CME Global Account Manager.

An EOS Trader User ID will be sent to your Clearing Firm Administrator. A phone number will also be included and must be called to obtain your password. The User ID creation process generally takes 2 business days to complete, although wait times may be longer in certain situations.
