CME Carrier Policy - Carrier Neutrality
Our data center infrastructure and associated policies are designed to support electronic trading, including support for your choice of low-latency connectivity. CME Group employs a carrier neutral, open access telecommunications policy that provides flexibility in architecture and choice of carriers for connectivity into and out of your co-location space. We approve carriers based on co-location customer requirements and ensure that carriers' service offerings are made available to all licensees and other occupants of the facility.
Approved Telecommunication Service Providers
The following telecommunication service providers have been approved to provide connectivity services into and out of the Aurora co-location data center facility. Approved status indicates the provider has completed or is near to completion of their infrastructure and has the ability to sell telecommunication services from the Aurora co-location data center.

Pending Telecommunication Service Providers
The following telecommunication service providers are in a pending status to provide connectivity services into and out of the Aurora data center facility. Telecommunication service providers who fall within a pending status have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with CME Group and are in various stages of discussions with CME Group about serving the facility. Pending status does not reflect the completion of a service provider's infrastructure or the ability to sell telecommunication services from the Aurora data center. Once both CME Group and the telecommunication providers execute the appropriate documentation, CME Group will update the website to reflect their current status.
