Connecting with You Directly via the CME Group Customer Forums

Dear Valued CME Globex Customers:

Reaching out to our customers is always a priority. One way we are able to connect with you directly is through the CME Group Customer Forums. The forums are an opportunity for you to hear firsthand about notable upcoming initiatives and enhancements for electronic trading on CME Globex from key CME Group representatives. Business and technology interests are addressed in a comprehensive presentation on our strategy to grow and improve the CME Globex platform. Each forum is followed by a customer reception, where CME Group staff are available to discuss any questions or issues directly with you.

CME Group Customer Forums were recently held in Chicago, London and New York to capacity audiences. Topics addressed included the CBOT integration; FIX/FAST migration; FX volatility-quoted options; the CME Globex Trader decommission; and the new Cancel on Disconnect and Drop Copy services.

All CME Group customers are invited to attend these free events - FCMs, IBs, proprietary trading groups, ISVs and market data distributors are all welcome. Two CME Group Customer Forums are scheduled for April in Singapore and Tokyo. Customers can register to attend online. As you know, all customers need to develop and migrate to FIX/FAST before the end of the year. To assist customers, we have also recently held FIX/FAST Developers' Groups in New York and London; Chicago is planned for April 8. These groups act as a type of development workshop; they are designed to provide additional support for your efforts. One-on-one developer meetings are also available upon request to your CME Globex Account Manager.
