The silver market waffled around both sides of unchanged today after an early morning rally attempt fizzled. A reversal in the currency markets, a short term overbought technical condition and weakness in gold prices probably discouraged some silver bulls. It is also likely that classic profit taking action was responsible for the back and fill action in silver after the initial upward probe on the charts.
