Gold prices recovered from early losses to climb back into positive territory by the close of Wednesday's session. A fresh flare-up of Euro zone debt concerns put December gold under pressure early in today's trading, and along with a stronger Dollar were seen as the key factors with gold sliding below yesterday's lows. However, a recovery in macro-economic sentiment and a rebound in US equity markets provided a lift to December gold later on in the day. In addition, market optimism that central banks in the US and China will step up with fresh easing measures to support their respective economies was also seen as a positive factor for the gold market.
