Like gold, silver was benefiting this morning from a wave of positive outside market influences. Clearly the combination of improved attitudes toward the Euro zone laid the ground work for the strength in metals today, but renewed hopes of easing from the US Fed, looks to be the primary force driving silver prices higher. In the near term, the direction of US equities looks to be the main focal point of the silver trade as the US economic report slate today was extremely thin this morning. In fact, the only significant scheduled data point from the US today is in the afternoon in the form of a Consumer Credit report.
