Grains Continue Rally Overnight, Early Monday Morning
Corn futures are higher at 6 a.m. CDT; soybeans higher; wheat higher.

6:00 a.m. CME Globex: Corn 8 cents higher (December), soybeans 21 cents
higher (November), and wheat 6 cents higher.
CME Globex Recap: Grains opened the overnight session higher, extended early
gains, and backed off slightly through early Monday morning. Soybean contracts
were trading about 10 cents below session highs early Monday, though still
supported by strong commercial buying interest. Outside commodities were mixed
despite a lower U.S. dollar index.
OUTSIDE MARKETS: The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed 30.72 points lower
Friday at 15,081.47. The overnight session saw the Dow Jones futures trade 12
points higher, indicating U.S. stocks could see light buying interest early
Monday. Asian markets were mostly lower though the Nikkei was up 108.02 points
at 13,758.13. European markets were also mostly lower. The overnight crude oil
market was $0.32 lower at $107.14 while Brent crude was $0.15 higher at
$110.55. The December gold contract was $4.00 higher at $1,375.00 while the
U.S. dollar index is 0.069 lower at 81.188. Soybeans at the Dalian Exchange
were mostly higher while Malaysian palm oil contracts were higher.
