Corn futures saw a choppy day of trade, but firmed into the close on spillover from soybeans to end 3 1/4 to 5 1/4 cents higher. Strength in the dollar index and lackluster export and domestic demand limited buying interest in the corn pit. Meanwhile, corn is seeing limited spillover from the recent sharp rally in the bean pit.
