WTI Crude Oil Outlook

In early 2016 the WTI crude oil market entered a major period of change when it put in a low at $26 per barrel. The five-year slide in prices from the May 2011 high was largely justified by the growth in US oil production and by the fact that a large portion of global supply was building in one of the safest places in the world.
