Matters Domestic in 2012: "Optimistic but not Enthusiastic"

Chief Economist Bluford Putnam predicts that we will have slow but positive growth in 2012, with 3.5-4% GDP growth, lower unemployment, and a rise in corporate spending. Globally things are not as strong, which will affect us long term – but in current terms we have reason for a cautious optimism.
