Visitor Centers in Chicago

CME Group's lobby-level Visitor Centers are now closed. To learn more about CME Group, please visit the Futures & Options Market Education section of our website, or view our Visitor Center Educational Materials.

The viewing gallery at CME Group remains closed to the public. For security purposes, only pre-scheduled academic and industry related groups are permitted access to the viewing gallery overlooking the trading floors. If you meet these requirements and would like to schedule a tour of the exchange, please click on the link below for further information.

*Anyone who wishes to bring any public figure, government official or other representative of a government entity, celebrity, or domestic or foreign dignitary to the trading floors or into CME Group office space must provide advance notice to and actively engage the CME Group Public Affairs office. This includes any Member who plans to use their membership to gain access to the trading floors and any CME Group employees contacted by outside parties seeking access to the trading floors. For reasons of safety and security, the Public Affairs team will assist with proper permissions, access and logistics. Please contact Public Affairs at +1 312 435 3590.

Guided tours of the museum and viewing gallery are provided to market users and industry participants subject to staff availability.
