Tell us about your role here.
My main role is overseeing the development of the fee applications that processes approximately 75 percent of CME Group’s revenue.  Overall, I look at my job as a puzzle to be solved, given all the different permutations of how fees could be charged

Tell us about a typical day for you.
I am rarely at my desk. I often work internally with the business side of CME Group: accounting, audits, finance, products and services, London office and more. Externally, we work with CME Group clearing firms’ fee administrators, mainly addressing questions on the features available within fee system for reconciliation.  

How do you live the CME Group brand?
We are asked to anticipate the needs of customers every day. Our team has done just that by staying one step ahead of customer requests and reacting immediately to their questions or concerns. This in turn upholds the exemplary reputation of our fee system.

Why work for CME Group?
I started with CME 10 years ago in internal audits, and overall this company provides a wealth of opportunity across the exchange. There’s always a chance to learn and work on many different things. Since I started I’ve moved from audits into a technology role - when I didn’t even have the technology background! This is an opportunity that I might not have had elsewhere. Plus, I’m always given opportunities to work on many different projects.  To me, that can be compared to a new job within your job.
