Description

  • Provide premier customer service to all CME Certification customers.
  • Provide development and product expertise for testing and certification on CME’s Globex Platforms.
  • Provide expert development and product support for:
           iLink order routing
           Market data both RLC and FIX/FAST
           New products and functionality.
  • Partner with Clearing team to facilitate testing for straight through processing (STP).
  • Manage customer testing and certification inquiries through to resolution.
  • Actively participate in projects that introduce new products or services to the marketplace.
  • Provide support for Saturday application and environment checkouts.
  • Represent the needs of our customers while promoting teamwork across departments and divisions
  • Act as customer advocate for system enhancements.
  • Partner with Global Account Managers to streamline the certification process.
  • Collaborate with Hosted/Partner Exchange Liaison for program level communications and reporting.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle complex scenarios related to electronic trading and have the correct answer in the shortest timeframe possible consistently
  • Development background or experience with basic programming logic and methodologies is required.
  • Knowledge of Java or C programming languages is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL scripting or other scripting language is preferred.
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol preferred.
  • Industry knowledge a plus.
