The Senior Programmer Analyst (SPA) will actively participate in technology decisions and integration plans for GCC Telephony System and GCC Market Surveillance tools, as assigned.

Within each project, s/he will make strong contributes to the implementation and deployment solutions as a key team member. S/he will develop an understanding of team specific estimates - time, cost, resources, etc – for assigned projects and the costs of not meeting these numbers--modifying work priorities so as to maximize the team’s likelihood of success.

S/he is required to set strong examples--good decision making skills, a cooperative spirit, at easy with multitasking, flexibility with changing priorities and a willingness to mentor/assist junior staffers.

Candidate should have five to seven years of programming experince.

Technical skills should include working knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design and programming, multi-tier application acrhitecture design, Strong Java, SQL, client/server model and testing skills are highly desired.. Other skills sought are Windows OS, UNIX, LINUX, and database tuning. (Experience with Genesys or Softphone is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent work experience is required.
