Position Description: (day-to-day responsibilities and deliverables)
Provide administrative support for senior level management as well as Clearing Division staff.
Exposure to the financial environment and familiar with basic financial concepts
Responsibilities include calendar management; creating documents (memos, letters, presentations, spreadsheets, charts) for both internal and external communications; managing extensive travel arrangements/scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities and projects as assigned.
The ability to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; as well as confidentiality, teamwork and the highest level of professionalism will be critical to success in this position.
Detail oriented
Able to utilize available resources efficiently and effectively to assist senior management and Clearing staff
Able to successfully manage phone system that consists of multiple lines to direct calls accordingly

Quick learner who has the ability to develop creative business concepts and systems to meet challenging needs of the department
Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
Requires the ability to work independently as well as cooperatively as a team
Flexibility in hours and ability to work overtime when needed
Requirements
High School Graduate; college preferred
Typing speed of 65 WPM highly preferred
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook )
