The Exchange's Cleared Trades application programming interface (API) allows customers to receive FIXML 4.4 messages containing details of NYMEX and COMEX division transactions executed and cleared through any of the Exchange's multiple trading venues, including the NYMEX trading floor, the COMEX trading floor, CME ClearPort® Clearing and CME GLOBEX®. The Exchange now offers a certification test environment for the CME Cleared Trades API. The supporting documentation is provided below.

•   CME Cleared Trades (CT) FIXML API Implementation Guide: Provides an overview of how to initialize and build a client application. Describes how to retrieve cleared trades data using FIXML 4.4 messaging.

•  CME Cleared Trades (CT) API Certification Checklist: Provides a checklist of each step the customer must take from development, to certification, to pre-production. Also provides a test script for certification.

•  CME Cleared Trades (CT) API Certification Registration Form: Must be e-mailed to Third Party Services at thirdpartyservices@cmegroup.com or faxed to 212-301-4751 before certification testing can begin.
